We have now returned to England safely, and would like to thank you both for helping us find our home in the sun.
It must have been difficult for you, when we had such an unusual spec' to start with!! In our minds we know what we wanted individually and you have found that happy medium for both of us. Your patience and understanding was brilliant, and even after deciding on one property then changing our minds 3 days later and coming back to you, you never made us feel uncomfortable.
You had some real bargains on your books (especially the one we chose), and a very wide range of properties. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and would recommend you to anyone else looking for a property. We will let you know when we have booked our flights to complete in June.

Just a note to thank you for the time and effort you put into finding us a lovely holiday home. You understood exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to pressure us into buying.
The legal process of the purchase was a little awe inspiring but the solicitors you recommended explained it all in perfect English so we felt completely at ease. We are now able to enjoy family holidays overlooking the communal pool in a lovely house, thanks to you. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and family should they consider buying in Spain.

Thanks for your contact. I did find a property that I am now in the process of purchasing, I was lucky enough to find a 3 bed house in Quesada that was only a year old and fully furnished, in my price range too.
I do thank both Roy and yourself for your time. You showed me some good properties but I'm sure you know how it is, you've got to be a little blown away before you commit a large amount of money. I will certainly recommend yourselves as I thought that you provided a friendly and helpful service and I wish you both well in the future.

Dear Roy and Lesley Just a note to say thank you for your assistance in the purchase of our property in La Marina, Spain. We attach below our thank you for your web site.
We first met up with Roy last June (he was recommended to us by a lady we met at an Overseas Property Exhibition in Manchester). …………..Whilst we were looking round he left us to chat alone, which we liked We really feel that what Roy and Lesley have done for us was above and beyond what you would expect of an estate agent and we don’t think we could have purchased our house without their assistance. Roy and Lesley are lovely people and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone we know who wish to purchase a home in the Costa Blanca area of Spain As we have said above Roy and Lesley have done more for us than what we expected even down to the fact that we are going out on our first visit, arriving on Christmas Eve and Lesley has offered to get us a bit of shopping in (as the shops will be shut by the time we arrive) and also has booked us Christmas Dinner at a local restaurant – what more can we say!!
